1. About NeverCV

2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, spam, or infringement of another person’s rights.
3. AI-assisted output
NeverCV helps draft and organize career materials, but it does not guarantee employment, interviews, rankings, or the accuracy of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing output before submitting or publishing it and for ensuring your statements are truthful.
4. Plans, credits, and billing
Current prices and included features appear on our Pricing page. Subscriptions renew at the stated interval until cancelled. Monthly and annual Pro plans are subject to a monthly fair-use limit that resets each monthly period. If that limit is reached, additional use requires a one-time credit pack until the next reset. Unused subscription usage does not roll over. One-time credit packs do not renew and purchased credits do not expire while your account and the service remain available. Credits are service units, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Web purchases are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a web subscription through the available customer portal. An iOS subscription must be managed or cancelled in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless applicable law requires otherwise. Apple controls refund decisions for App Store purchases; other refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.
6. Your content and privacy
You retain ownership of the material you submit. You grant NeverCV the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, and display that material to provide the service. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may change or discontinue features and will use reasonable care when doing so. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeverCV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
