We collect account details such as your email address; career information you choose to provide, including resumes, work history, preferences, and interview material; content and files you create; product usage and diagnostic data; and transaction references supplied by our payment provider. NeverCV does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate you, provide and personalize career tools, process AI requests, maintain credits and subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. AI and service providers
Information needed to perform a requested feature may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, AI, email, and payment providers acting on our behalf. We share only what is reasonably required to provide and secure the service.
4. Public content
Resume and profile information remains private unless you deliberately publish or share it. When you enable a public profile, the information displayed on that page can be viewed by anyone with access to it. You may unpublish it from your account.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for service delivery, security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may access or update account information through the product and may request access, correction, export, or deletion by email. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
