Email us at doratheayue.wang@gmail.com. Include the email address associated with your NeverCV account, the device and app version you are using, and a short description of what happened. Never send your password or Apple payment information.
Account and sign-in
NeverCV supports email authentication and Sign in with Apple. If an email link or password reset does not arrive, check your spam folder and confirm that you entered the same email used for your account. For account access or deletion help, contact support from that address.
Career Agent and resumes
Tell the Career Agent about the role you want and the experience you can verify. You can add a job description, review ATS readiness, edit the generated draft, preview it, and export a PDF. Always review AI output before applying and remove anything that is not accurate.
Credits and subscriptions
Current plans and credit allowances appear on our Pricing page. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account subscription settings. If a valid Apple purchase is not reflected in NeverCV, open Account in the iOS app and choose Restore Purchases. Refund handling is explained in our Refund Policy.
Privacy and account deletion
You can start account deletion from Account in the iOS app. For data access, correction, export, or deletion questions, read our Privacy Policy or contact support. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing a privacy request.
