What is a Career Memory?
A Career Memory is a private, structured record of your projects, achievements, skills, evidence, preferences, and outcomes.
Instead of starting each application with a blank document, you select the relevant facts from a record you control. A career agent can then help turn those facts into a resume, interview story, or next action without changing what actually happened.
TRY THE METHOD
Capture one piece of real work.
ONE RECORD, MANY OUTPUTS
The resume is an output—not the archive.
Your underlying facts stay stable. The selection and explanation change for the opportunity in front of you.
THE METHOD
Capture. Ground. Reuse.
Ground
Separate what you remember from what you can support.
A self-declared result and an attached source are not the same thing. The distinction should stay visible.Reuse
Change the emphasis, not the facts.
The same record can support a resume bullet, an interview story, or a recruiter profile without inventing a new career each time.CONTROL THE RECORD
Private memory and public identity are different choices.
- NeverCV profile records are private by default.
- Publishing a profile is a separate opt-in action.
- Self-declared and evidence-backed claims should remain distinguishable.
- You can correct your source record instead of accepting an AI inference.
NeverCV does not treat an attached artifact as proof of identity, job performance, or overall candidate quality unless that exact scope has been checked.
