A resume–job description match compares the requirements in a role with evidence already present in a resume. A useful match separates strong evidence, weak evidence, and genuinely missing experience instead of encouraging keyword copying.

Should I add every keyword from the job?
No. Use a term only when it accurately describes your experience. A copied keyword without supporting experience can create a claim you cannot defend.
Is this the same as an ATS score?
No. This tool compares job requirements with resume evidence. It does not reproduce the scoring or hiring process of a specific employer or ATS.
What should I do with a missing requirement?
Check whether the experience exists elsewhere in your career history. If it does, add a truthful example. If it does not, keep it as a gap and decide whether to apply or build the skill.
